The Ifa Foundation, for more than a quarter of a century, has pioneered in initiating deserving individuals into the Priesthood of Ifa. Following ancient African traditions of proper initiation, the Foundation has understood that the process itself is simply not enough. The process of Initiation MUST be combined with on going education and support if it is to become a meaningful experience for the individual. To achieve this we have developed a multi-faceted program that includes continual training on Divination through internet submission of your work to Oluwo Philip Neimark.

The Oluwo will review every reading and reply with suggestions for greater understanding and improvement in the process. Additionally, The Ifa College, through its “initiates only” section provides an on-going forum for questions, answers and discussions. Finally, initiates are encouraged to return and participate in future ceremonies in order to obtain “hands on” experience. ONLY through this combined approach can one achieve the growth, knowledge and wisdom necessary.

The entire process of Initiation includes extensive teaching not only during the time spent with us at the Ola Olu Retreat... but for all the years following. You are also always invited back to work with us on others Initiations as well as reconnect and recharge.
